You can return a purchased product within 14 days without giving any reason. Personalized products* are excluded.

If the product has a defect or fault:

If the product is defective or has other defects, we will need a photo of the defective product in order to process a refund quickly. In this case, a return is often not necessary. You will receive a full refund without having to return the product.

The product does not fit:

Before purchasing, please use the size chart, which can be found in the item description on all clothing products.

This way you avoid unnecessary transport costs and also protect our environment.

However, it sometimes happens that a product does not fit perfectly.

In this case, please send the product back to us.

You don't like the product:

We are very sorry if you don't like our product.
